DEMIEGOD INC. SHIPPING & TERMS OF USE
All orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse. After checkout & once your order is confirmed you will receive a notification via email. Orders will ship approximately 30-90 days or sooner ( Please note these do not include weekends & holidays ). As soon as your order is shipped, an email with tracking will be sent at that time! Posters will ship in secure packaging to keep it safe from damage. They will ship separately if ordered with any other items. We use USPS,UPS, or FEDEX for domestic orders (USA) & RRD/USPS or other carriers for International Orders (WORLDWIDE).
Apparel Shipping
USPS Domestic (Usually 1-7 Business Days) - $8.00
UPS Ground (1-4 Business Days) - $15.00
International Shipping (7-20 Business Days) - $20.00
Poster Shipping
Posters ship separately from Apparel Items in Destruction-Proof Tubes incurring their own shipping & handling fees at checkout.

Important Note on Pre-Orders, Limited Releases and All Sales
Please follow the instructions on the website to place you orders. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products and services. After receiving an order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order ("order confirmation").
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order, or any portion thereof in our discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions.
All items are final sales; there will be no returns, exchanges or cancellations for these items. Some products on the website are of a limited quantity or release (“limited release”). In the event you wish to order a product that is a limited release, you agree that once your order is placed you cannot make any changes to size, address, or any other information. Other items are Pre-Order, which means they will ship within a specified time frame after the order is placed.
Pre-Orders will ship as specified at time of sale.
Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. All orders are issued tracking numbers once shipped. For any questions you may have regarding shipping contact us at orders@demiegod.com
Holiday Shipping
demiegod inc. will be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Orders will not be shipped during these days.
International
RRD/USPS: 7-20 Business Days. Customers are paying the cost for the shipping carrier fee ONLY. Any applicable Duties and Taxes imposed by your country may apply at delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes based on the order subtotal and shipment destination. Duties and taxes are not included in the item price. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable fees levied by your destination country at the time of purchase.
Please contact your local customs office for additional information regarding duty and tax fees and guidelines prior to purchase.
From January 1, 2021, under new tax laws imposed by the UK's tax authority, all shipments destined for the United Kingdom valued at £135 or less will be required to ship DDP (duties paid in advance of shipment).
Package Protection (Lost or Stolen Shipments)
All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
